When IPS needed a way to manage its virtual workforce they asked some of their clients for references, Automation Center was recommended because of our outstanding record of success automating companies that need to communicate across the globe.

Automation Center installed, trained IPS staff and supported Lotus Notes until IPS could bring on its own resources. Automation Centre also created a custom engagement management solution that would handle the entire lifecycle of consulting engagements from customer contact through billing, evaluation, and financial reporting.
