Customer Contact Files

Customer Tracker provides an effective means of managing your customer contacts, with profiles that on the left, which contain contact information for work and home, general comments and that contact's position in the organizational hierarchy.

These contact profiles also dictate whether the contact is granted Web access to customer related files in Tracker, and whether they can update their information.
