  • Update and maintain task load.
  • Accept/ decline invitations and place on calendar as required.

  • Maintain billing rates and make sure that information is accurate for employees assigned to tasks.

  • Manage project portfolios.
  • Review high level schedules and make sure projects are on track.
  • Compare task loads of different departments to see which teams are at maximum. Manage as team loads as necessary.
  • Set organizational priorities and departmental initiatives.
  • Develop a high level business plan.
  • Review and manage exception reports.
