- Monitor personal To Do list and make sure those tasks are completed.
- Manage personal calendar and make sure that I follow through on scheduled assignments and attend meetings.
- Mark Manager (Project Manager)
- Monitor staff's free time when assigning tasks and scheduling meetings.
- Monitor RSVP lists when planning meetings to make sure key people can come.
- Integrate critical e-mail communications with clients and other project participants into customer and project portfolios as necessary.
