DFSS Process Templates in Lotus Notes

Using Tracker Suite and Lotus Notes, Design for Six Sigma process templates can be developed in a WBS structure as pictured on the left. Each phase of the DFSS methodology (in this case DMADOV, though it could readily be adapted to DCCDI, IDOV or DMEDI) can be broken down into distinct segments.

In addition, Tracker Suite also supports process tollgates, ensuring that each segment of a DFSS process is completed to specification and approved before moving on to the next segment.
