New Sales Lead Notification

Through Lotus Notes, Prospect Tracker automatically sends sales team members e-mail notifications of new leads they are responsible for. A sales person can follow a link in the notification to the prospect file for easy review, at which point they can accept or decline the lead, or hand it off to another salesperson.
