  • Create marketing documentation.
  • Maintain list of marketing sources and the organizational mailing lists.

  • Create and maintain lead profiles, projections and pipeline data.
  • Utilize marketing documentation as needed during the sales cycle.
  • Promptly accept or decline any incoming leads assigned.
  • Manage tickler list, following up on any necessary activities.
  • Create and file any correspondence in the prospect's portfolio.
  • Share ideas and questions with other sales people to enhance techniques and knowledge.
  • Create and assign tasks as necessary to sale support staff.

  • Review the status of sales projections and pipeline data. Keep tabs on "pulse" of sales.
  • Participate in the forum, answering questions and/ or providing direction to sales force as required.

  • Review activity reports.
