Today Automation Centre announced the upcoming release of Tracker Suite 5.1, a suite of applications designed to maximize collaboration within your company. Steven Birchfield, CEO of Automation Centre, hails this new version as "...a major upgrade and represents what our 125,000 customers have been asking us for."

Tracker Suite 5.1 includes new, powerful applications. The Tracker DataWarehouse, a business intelligence engine that gathers data from other Tracker Suite modules and accounting systems, then stores the information into a SQL data source. Users can pull the information to define their own cube reports on the Web. The second new feature is Support Tracker, a world-class help desk application. The addition of Support Tracker allows IT departments to automate both support and project management functions.

Tracker Suite's project managementand human resource applications are also more powerful. Project Tracker's resource management functionality is significantly improved. The employee lifecycle and provisioning/asset management processes are now automated through Personnel Tracker.

Finally, Tracker Suite customers can rely on Automation Centre for all their Lotus Notes Domino applications. User communities can now have one consistent look and feel. IT departments can significantly lower the cost of application administration.
